- Nothing. Niner Learning Mode works without an account.
Steps
Step 1 of 5: Open Ask Niner
What to do: Select the "Ask Niner" button. It is in the bar at the top of Learn Your Way pages.
What you should see: A chat panel opens with a short welcome message.
Why this matters: Niner Learning Mode is built for learning. It answers briefly and one step at a time.
Need help? Press Escape to close the panel. Your conversation stays while this page is open.
Step 2 of 5: Ask in your own words
What to do: Type your question the way you would ask a friend. For example: "How do I download my song for headphones?"
What you should see: Niner replies with a short answer, usually three steps or fewer.
Why this matters: There is no wrong way to ask. Niner works out what you mean.
Need help? You can also pick one of the suggested questions instead of typing.
Step 3 of 5: Ask for the next step
What to do: When you are ready, type "next step" or "show me more".
What you should see: Niner continues from where it left off.
Why this matters: Getting a little at a time is easier to follow than a long list.
Need help? You can ask Niner to explain any word, for example "What does binaural mean?"
Step 4 of 5: Know what Niner can and cannot do
What to do: Read this step. No action needed.
What you should see: Nothing changes on screen.
Why this matters: Niner Learning Mode can explain and guide. It cannot see your screen or change your projects or settings.
Need help? Niner can make mistakes. If something does not match what you see, trust the screen and tell us.
Step 5 of 5: Report a barrier if something blocks you
What to do: If a page or button does not work for you, select "Report a barrier".
What you should see: A short form opens. Only the description is required.
Why this matters: Your report goes straight to the Spatial9 team, and we use it to fix the problem for everyone.
